What's the most affordable way to get the Samsung Galaxy Note II?
Do all Galaxy Note 2 models work the same way in all carriers? LTE or not? Any stores that sells this outright that would work for Wind Mobile?

I think what Aris meant to say was that wind WONT let you buy the phone outright, what other options other then going to the states and buying a t-mobile version are there, dose it have to be limited to the T899? will other note 2's work that obviously arn't LTE...??? ANYONE KNOW!!???
Hi Aris. You can get the Samsung Galaxy Note II directly from Wind. Buying it outright will cost you $749. But if you use Windtab, you can get it for as low as $399.
