Why am I not getting service with Chatr on my Lenovo A916?
We ordered a lenovo a916 unlocked smartphone and purchased a chart sim card and 35$ plan and we can't get service

Hi Jesse. I suggest contacting Chatr first as it may just be a network issue. Also check their coverage map to verify if you are with in the coverage area.
