Why can't I see Viber notifications on my Meizu phone while screen lock is active?
If the screen lock is active for a while, a can not see the notification from Viber about new sms? My net is ok, but something is going on. I am using Meizu Note 2, can you tell me what can be the solution?

Hi bika. Check Settings > look for Sound & notification (may be different for your phone, but should look similar, maybe Sound settings) > Notification > When device is locked, choose Show all notification content.
Please check that and let us know if it works.
