Why is the rear camera of Acer Iconia A3 not working?
I purchased a refurbished Iconia A3 Tablet and today I needed to use the rear camera, but when I select 'camera swap' I get the front camera in multicolour pixelated image. I have tried a factory reset but it has made no difference.

Hi Lee, since we are talking about a refurbished unit here we wouldn't rule out a hardware issue. Is it possible to get in touch with the place where you bought this particular Acer Iconia A3 from to get some info of its repair history? In the meantime, you can continue testing the camera to see if it will work by downloading and using third-party camera apps from the Google Play store. Try it and see what happens!
