I tried to update my tablet to Android 4.0 and it started but when I turned it back on during the second half of the update it freezes with Impression across the screen.

I tried to do a Factory reset but a Blue screen comes up not red like it should, it does say “restore to factory settings…” but it doesn’t do anything.
