Hi ,thank you for the comment.By the way,it's not the Chatr Sim that lost.Its the PIN # after I bought the Chatr plan the $ 25 monthly ,the receipt was lost and the PIN # was there.

Hi there! Please contact Chatr to get a new SIM with the same number you are using on that lost SIM.
