It is not fare that I had to wait 8 months for the battery that was requested by the store in Centerpoint. I have been calling the store every week and they keep saying to wait another week. Please tell me why LG company is doing this.
You can contact LG directly instead to inquire when you will be receiving your new battery. There's nothing else you can do aside from following up on your request more frequently to make sure they don't forget. Sometimes that's all it takes. Just be more patient. Good luck!
