Why doesn't Solo Mobile want to activate my phone?

I have a Solo mobile phone and I want to reactive at it to have 2 solo phones and was told I can not activate it. Why? My other phone is on a prepaid card and this is what I want to do with this one. My Husband will be traveling 4 months for work, and I want to give him my present phone and use my old one till he comes home.

The reason its simple... bell bought solo to take it off of market because they were offering very good and cheap plans and nobody its ever interested to buy from the big 3 providers who ripped us up. They cant cancell the existing customers because they can get sued, but they can stop others to use solo... i have 2 plans with solo and im happy.

Solo Mobile no longer accepts new activation. Maybe that's the reason they don't want to reactivate your other phone. But to get a better and clearer answer, just contact Solo Mobile and ask why they can't activate your other phone.
