What to do when Alcatel One Touch Pop Star is asking for the previous Google account?

I have a problem,i bought a Alcatel one touch pop star from someone and its asking for the previos account of the google which i dnt have and know.what will i do?

That's odd. Have you tried entering a new Google account? This is the first time I heard a phone asks for the previous Google account used on his/her phone.
