As for as I know yes and no . Lets make it simple .if you were to pay me x amount of money for x amount of service for x amount of time this is your contact now. Example $1.00 per day for 30 days and I give you xxx per day for 30 days now if you wanted to change this at the 20 day you must still pay me $10.00 this is what's left on your contact.but it's up to them they may say no you singed for x amount of time and you did . Then run it out and go somewhere else.
