Why is SaskTel taking advantage of elderly customers or any customer who doesn't need a smartphone?

Not interested in a reply...i want sasktel to explain why they take advantage of elderly customers or any customer who does not need a smartphone. My parents don't even have internet but sasktel forces them to buy new cell phones every 2 yrs. And they don' even contract!
