Why do I get an error when nearly finishing downloading update on the Micromax Canvas Elanza?

I cant update my hike in miccromax canvas model no. A93...it ll downloading till the last moment but at the last second its shows an error...it is a built in app and there is no disable option...plz help me?

Hi shangita. Can you uninstall the app? If you can uninstall it then restart the phone. After restart, download the app from Google Play store.
