Why can't I open emails on the Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus?
I have a Galaxy Grand Neo Plus which will no open emails. I receive the emails but they will not open. How do I sort?

Try going to Settings > Accounts > look for the email app and sync the email. Let me know if that works.
