I can sent and receive all texts except pictures it says no resources found and it is on my plan why?

I am able to receive texts but I am not able to reply to them or send a new text
Hi Sheri! Which phone model do you have? I would suggest that you call your wireless provider to let them know about your problem. It's possible that it's a carrier-related issue.
