What should I get if I can buy the Samsung Galaxy S8+ or the Oneplus 5T for the same price?

This totally depends on how you will be using the phone. But if I were to choose, I'd go for Samsung Galaxy S8+. It's because Samsung Galaxy S8+ has water-resistance, microSD card, better display, more battery, and most of all better customer service. Customer service is what I'm always looking for when buying anything, I just want to be sure I'm safe if anything goes wrong with my phone. But the problem with the comparison is on the budget. OnePlus 5T is way cheaper than Samsung Galaxy S8+.

Here are some of the specs of both phone.

OnePlus 5T

  • 6.01" AMOLED display
  • Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 Octa core 2.45 GHz
  • 16+20 MP rear, 16+ MP front camera
  • 64/128 GB of storage with 6 GB of RAM, no MicroSD slot
  • 3300 mAh battery

Samsung Galaxy S8+

  • 6.2" Super AMOLED display
  • Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 Octa core 2.35 GHz

  • 12 MP rear, 8 MP front camera
  • 64 GB of storage with 4 GB of RAM, with MicroSD slot up to 258 GB
  • 3500 mAh battery

They may have their differences but in my opinion, you can't go wrong with either, both are great smartphones. Which one's better will come down to your personal preference.
