I was using cover & it fell from below knee, but still my gorrila glass broken down. Fake mobile company.....

I feel so lucky . I droped my ZenFone 5 three time hight maybe 4 feet . And there is no single scratch on screen ... I purchase 1year ago. And still working like new ... but know i am very careful before reading u r experience..

I got the display replaced at a local shop. Got rugs display for 1000 and the person charged Rs 250 for replacement. New display is working fine.

Yesterday my zenfone 5 drop accidentally on the road and the gorilla glass edge was broken...very bad quality screen

i bought zenfone 5 3 months before , and yesterday just while charging it falled from the cupboard. the tempered glass which i had placed also got cracked and the gorilla glass 3 got crushed bady. I asked in one of the nearby mobile store he said it will cost almost 4000 RS for changing the display. Please help! The display quality is worst

My cell phone gorillaglass has broken

Screen is of very bad quality. There is no physical damage to my zenfone screen, Not sure how few scratches are developed inside the glass and now slowly screen is turning black. I took it to service center; they are saying it is because of pressing the screen very forcibly. I bought phone in 10K and they are asking 7100/- for screen replacement.

I would not suggest ASUS product to anyone in my life.

Am too victim of ASUS and trapped by WS retail/Flipkart. Glass was shattered after it fell from 2 ft and it is just 2 days old mobile.

ASUS is fooling customer by using fake glass and it is not Gorilla glass !!!

I bought asus zenfone 5... 6 month ago... yesterday my phone fallen from my bed... now the great corning gorilla screen broke... its my advice to asus that earlier i brought asus fonepad 7... there was also the same issue... now asus came with gorilla screen here is also same... falling from a height of 2 feet can't you mobile remain undamage... i think asus is making fool to us.. they r doing business by selling their peripheral... when we r going to the asus service center they r cost around 5000 for zenfone 5 and around 9000 for my fonepad 7... its better to use any other brand... samsung phones won't give many features but provide good hardware...

hey guys.... i got this phone like a year ago... yesterday i dropped the phone really hard and now it wont turn on. the screen is intact and the glass too(it had a flip cover)... but now it wont turn on....... i opened the phone to see if something was out of place, but everything seems to be ok. in my country is a very rare phone so there are not many places to get it repaired. :'( because if it was the screen it might vibrate or something but it doesn't do anything.i tried charging it.. but nothing

I have bought my asus zenfone 5 last month ago i have accidently put my phone on the floor can i claim warrenty

I have used my Asus zenfone 5 for 1 year and have dropped it couple of times but then there was screen guard and fone cover on it, nothing happened ever. Now there is no screen guard and mobile cover and dropped it from the height of about 2 feet and the screen got badly cracked. Now after reading comments that it will take 5000 rs. to fix it, I think I will got to some local shops where it will be cheaper.

Guys.. It happened to me today. I've just been using this phone for a week. And it's cracked on the very first call. Soooo dissapointed.
