How come I added $75 into my account last March 6th and now it's only $20?
I applied a prepaid $75.00 card to my account on March 6th why is there only $20.00 left and I'm told there isn't enough for April?

Hi Kathleen! Which carrier are you with? You should call your carrier and let them know what happened.
