My HTC Raider x710e has two problems one is that when i hooked it up for charging it discharges when it reachec about 35% it starts charging the second problem is that its charging time is very slow it took more than 10 hrs for full charging. when i hooked up with my PC it took 3 hrs to full charge. pls give me a solution.
