Hi Rovich! You should try to bring your iPhone to any cellphone technician in the Philippines, some probably have a way to unlock locked phones from the US/CA. You should be able to find cellphone technicians in any mall in the Philippines. But if no cellphone technician be able to unlock your phone, you should contact Fido to get unlock codes.
