When I signed up for your plan I was told that it was set up for paperless billing. I received a paper bill last month and have tried to go on your website to change to paperless billing last month on 3 different occassions and not received any conformation of such and have again received a paper bill. How can I go to paperless billing.
Hi Earl. If setting up paperless billing doesn't work through self serve, you should try calling Koodo Mobile instead and have their customer reps do it for you.
