How to answer an incoming call while on a call already on the Samsung C414?
I hear a noise indicating a call waiting but not sure what to press to link to new incoming call.

To answer a call while you have a call in progress:
1. Press the green phone button on your keypad to answer the next incoming call. The first call is automatically placed on hold.
2. To switch between the two calls, press Options > Swap. Swap places the current call on hold and then activates the previous call.
