How to hard reset the Huawei U3200?
U3200-9 phone will not boot up. when charging the screen blinks on ans off once every 10 sec. hoe do i preforme a cold or hard reseet?

Unfortunately, there is no way to reset the device without being able to power it on. Try removing the battery then put it back in after a few minutes. Plug in charger then turn on your phone. Just give it a shot. Good luck!
