How to factory reset Ellipsis 7?
For factory resting a ellipsis 7 the hard way how long do i hold the volume buttons and i dont mean until it says welcome i would prefer if u could give me an exact time or as close as possible estimated time.

I have am ellipsis 7 and I need to do a hard reset. I have tried pressing the volume down key along with the power key and nothing happens. I have.even tried holding volume up and power, also, holding both volume keys with power and still nothing happens. Can someone please help me?
Simultaneously press and hold the Volume button on the bottom end + Power button until "Welcome" appears then release. Select Clear eMMC (Utilize the bottom of the Volume button to scroll through the available options and the top of the Volume button to select.) Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete. (source)
