I got lenovo p780 after resetting to factory setting, the phone requested upgrade to Android 4.4 kitkat, after finishing the download, I followed the instructions and finally reboot the phone. after all, the touchscreen doesn't work at all, I press power button and volume down for some time and it says "have been in meta mode... ..." I followed the instructions to long press the power button, then phone reboots, but the touchscreen still the same. I want to reset this phone again to factory setting but I can't go to factory mode.. please advise
