How to download and install SHAREit on the Samsung Z1?
In your Tizen phone, open Tizen store and download ACL for Tizen. ACL for Tizen will let some of Android app work in your phone. As for this writting there's only a few Android that works with Tizen, not sure if Hike and SHAREit is one of them.
