Really, When we drag an icon and drop on other icon folder is created

When in homescreen, try pressing right soft touch key if there's an option for that. Or touch and hold a blank part in the screen and check again for add folder option. If neither works, try dragging an icon and drop it to another icon, it works on some phones.
