Well, it totally depends on your needs and budget. If buying a cheap one, in my opinion, buy a tablet with at least 1.3 GHz quad core processor, Mali 400 GP2 GPU, 1 GB RAM, 8+ Megapixels rear cam, 1+ Megapixels front cam.
