How do i cancel my two phones?
I have now been on a silent "hold" for 12 minutes to cancel my plan. I bet if I was signing up for one I would have heard beautiful music playing and waited far less time.
Call Solo Mobile customer service. Dial #7656 on your Solo Mobile phone or 1-877-999-7656 from any phone.
You may terminate your monthly rate plan and/or data feature or plan as set out in the Service Agreement presented to you, subject to payment of any amounts set out therein, if you do so before the end of your Service Commitment Period. You may terminate your voice, data or combined voice/data plan as set out in the Service Agreement presented to you. If you do so before the end of your Service Commitment Period you agree to pay the Service Agreement Price Adjustment (SAPA) or Data Service Agreement Price Adjustment (DSAPA) plus applicable taxes. You may cancel any other monthly feature or option you subscribe to. You will be billed the remainder of any applicable monthly charge plus applicable taxes. source
