How not to mute the Motorolla V360?
Often, after I turn off my bluetooth, and go to make a call using the phone, it seems to go into mute. I can see on the phone displaly that it is ringing but I can't hear the ring and the person answering can't hear me. I think I am accidently putting the phone on mute. My fingers seem to touch the buttons on the left side of the phone (when I'm lookng at the Phone). Am I accidently putting the phone on Mute?

To mute a call, during a call, press Options > Mute to put all active calls on mute. The buttons located on the left side of the phone are the Volume keys and Smart key. None of these buttons activate mute. Maybe you're phone is broken as it goes on mute on it's own. You should have your phone checked.
