How many characters can be stored for each contact and is there a pause key?
W380 trying to use it with CiCi long distance card.
dial CICi 800, two pauses and then PIN # all from contact info.
Ideally then chain dial from contact file.

Try to hold the asterisk (*) to turn it to "p" to include a pause when entering numbers on your phone contacts.
