I bought a new connection from Toronto on 21st June & moved yesterday to Leduc, Edmonton. Unfortunately the place where I leave does not have the coverage. The details of the address in Leduc was provided to the Wind mobile agent in Toronto & he confirmed that coverage is there in Leduc where I am going to stay. It seems there is not point on keeping this phone & wind mobile connection. However what is the solution to continue to obtain the coverage & if coversage is not possible what is next procedure regarding the cancellation. Appreciate your quick reply.
