Does this not work on the ellipsis 8? I'm sorry don't try to tell me it does because there is no possible way that pressing power+volume down is for screenshot, whether is simultaneously, power button first, or pressing the volume down first. It simply does not work, the power options screen shows up in just about a second or a little less than a second. And I have pressed them with extreme accuracy simultaneously and it shuts my screen off every single time.

How do you take a screenshot on a elliptis 7.

Hold down on lower volume button and off button. Do NOT just press, hold until it makes the picture noise.

You need to push the lower volume key and the power button at the EXACT same time and hold it for no more than two seconds. It should make a noise AFTER you let go, than a smaller version should come up on the screen. Hope this helps!

It didn't work for me

You have to hit both the volume up and down key while hitting the power button

It took forever for me to get it to work but you have to push the power and down volume button simultaneously, which is very awkward to do.

Well, you can try installing Screenshot from the Play Store. But it may require your tablet to be rooted.

None of these "solutions" work with my Ellipsis 7. Can someone please answer the question because I just bought the tablet and use this feature alot with other details devices....thank you
