How do you do a master reset on the Motorola Rival A455?
My 4 yr old changed my unlock code while playing with my phone please help!!

Try the last 4 digits of your phone number as the code. If not, technical support may be able to walk you through an unlock depending on the device. If not possible, your local corporate store will have a flash machine that can wipe the device back to factory settings therefore restoring it and eliminating the lock code totally.
