You can change your plan online at koodomobile.com at no extra cost by setting up a Self Serve account. if you haven’t set up one yet. To set up your Self Serve account, please visit koodomobile.com/selfserve and click on the "Register Now" button.
You will be prompted to enter the following:
• First name, last name, and e-mail address
• Username, password, password again for confirmation
• Secret Question (select from the dropdown menu)
• Answer to the Secret Question
• Language preference (English/French)
After entering this information, click on the "Next" button. Once you’re logged into Self Serve, you will access the main page of your Koodo account. From there, click on the "Plans and Add-ons" tab.
Then, under the "Plan and Add-ons Overview" tab, click on the "Change Your Plan" link under the "Plan and Add-ons" section. The change is effective in the following 15 minutes. Don’t forget that if you are doing the change during your billing cycle, you will see a proration (price and minutes) on your next bill (from the date of your change to the end of your billing cycle + your full month in advance).
