I too am having the same issue with mine also not to mention it goes through sim cards like crazy it will randomly tell me invalid sim card and power off 

I would also like to know the answer to this question because mine does the same thing. I called straighalk they said don't worry about it and didn't act like it was a huge deal. My zte randomly calls people at times I have been in another room so I know I'm not doing it by accident. Anyone else having this issue?
