I'm personalizing my mom's phone and her contact list is all messed up. We've got it pulling information from her Google account (which is what she wants/needs) but it's also pulling from the "Microsoft Account" which has incorrect information.

Her last phone went screwy I believe the people at Verizon (in trying to salvage information on her phone) pulled in the contact list incorrectly and all the numbers got messed up. Funny, and annoying, since she didn't need her contact list imported since it was all on the cloud anyway.
