Some default music player app allows you to set music as ringtone by tap and holding a song and choosing 'Use as ringtone'.
If that doesn't work, you can use Ringdroid (link). Personally tried using it before and it works really well.
Download itube and get music on there there is a way to set any song you download on there as your ringtone
