How do I see the current time on my Motorola Droid Mini without pressing the on button?

Usually I just turn it over and back. But that doesn't always work. Is there something wrong with it?

Hi Karen. I don't think that's possible. You need to wake up your phone whether by pressing the power button or tapping the screen to see the time.
