I've recently dropped my phone in my sink (Long story, don't ask) and I don't have the tools to open the phone up and inspect the insides. Either the battery or the charging port has been damaged because I cannot charge it above 2%. One way I've found to charge it above 2% is to charge the phone in offline mode. I turn the phone off and charge it but I don't really know how to do it every time. I've been getting lucky with turning it off and charging it in offline mode but I've been trying to do the same thing I do normally but it isn't working. I want to know if there is an official way to offline charge a Huawei Honor 5C.
