No help at all. The download took hours, was going into 836th section when I turned the computer off. It gave me no other way to abort the download. All I asked for was a simple, printed manual telling me how to operate my new Tablet, Venue 7. I was afraid the download was so enormous, it would crash my system. There wasn't any kind of warning as to the size I was about to upload onto my computer.
