How do I download my photos. My phone says it is only working in modem mode. I would like to take the photos off the card?

Hi Chandler. Which phone model are you referring to?
You can remove the memory card from your phone and insert it to your computer. If your computer doesn't come with a card reader, you will need to buy one. Once memory card has been inserted to your computer, go to "My Computer" and your memory card should appear as a "Removable Drive". You can now copy files to and from your computer.
