There may be changes made on Rogers plans/terms. I suggest you contact Rogers for this matter.

Which phone are you using? Some phone can only hold a number of recently called, so oldest calls made are deleted.

I always had Roadside Assistance on my cell plan, AND ACCESS to my ACCOUNT, on my cell phone?

Also all of my old numbers have disappeared from my cell and I only have recently called numbers, Where did my old numbers go?
