1. Log in to your Self Serve account.
2. Click on Self Serve at the top of the screen, and select Phone Services from the drop down menu.
3. Click on Add-ons from the box at the bottom of the screen.
4. Select your phone type.
5. Select the add-on(s) you want, and click Confirm.
6. Review your changes, and click Submit.
