How can I unlock ZTE V793 simlock that have permanently locked?
ZTE V793 have 2 simcard slot, but the slot 1 only detect a specific simcard, since I already used all the quota the slot 1 is permenantly locked. How to unlock it?

I believe you had several failed attempts to enter the correct PIN code. You need to enter the PUK code (PIN Unlock Key) to unlock the SIM card. You can get the PUK code from your carrier.
