How to use Kyocera DuraXT as modem?

DuraXT E4277 can act as a nice little modem on a USB cable or by Bluetooth using the Dial Up Networking profile. Somewhere on this phone is a hidden menu to toggle off the passing of NAI when in dial up mode. Who knows how to do this configuration step?

How can I use these NV items from a QPST read to solve the problem of toggling to user profile 0? 463^"Data Services Mobile IP Number Profiles"^"Data*" 464^"Data Services Mobile IP Currently Active Profiles"^"Data*" 465^"Data Services Mobile IP General User Profile"^"Data*"
