You can opt to use a cloud transfer or even just a USB cable to make it work. File transfers should not take long depending on the quality of the cable as well. It should just take a frw minutes at the very least. Make sure to always protect the ports of both your phone and the cable as well. Rust can sometimes damage that end and we all know how tough it would be to come up with the same cable if it is very costly to begin with. That is my verdict for this problem that is solved.

Hi Maria. When you connect your phone to computer using a USB cable, you will see a notification on your phone, choose File transfer. Now on your computer, it should show up as another storage. You should be able to transfer files to and from your phone now.
