How can i get a copy of my bill i had to pay but never saw?
On the right hand side of the Members Lounge page you will see the Member Login where you have to type-in your 10-digits Virgin Mobile phone number and then press Continue.
If you're still getting your bill the snail mail way, follow three simple steps to get your bills electronically:
- Log into My Account and pick My Profile.
- Click My Bills and Services.
- Scroll down to Bill, click change and confirm that you don't want to get your bill by mail.
To view your e-Bills, once you've logged in to My Account, pick My bill. source
