How can I fix a ZTE ZMAX Pro with no sound on speaker or earphone?
For some reason, this zte 981 phone, now does not have sound out of the speaker or earphones. I have checked all the suggestions from the manual but still no luck. Everything else seems to be working okay.

Hey there. Play a video while an earphone is plugged in your phone then press volume up keys. Maybe the volumes were set low the last time you used an earphone. Same goes for the speaker.
