Was AT&T customer with an AT&T LG K30 purchased at a AT&T store. Switched to Consumer Cellular and now the hot spot won't connect.  It seems to authenticate and then I get an error "Attention A network issue may be preventing use of your Mobile Hotspot.  Please call Customer Care at 611."  When I call 611 I get Consumer Cellular and not AT&T and have made sure my APN parameters are as CC specifies.  Is there anything to be done?  CC Customer Support was stumped as well as the CC gal at Target.
