Hi my mobile moto g4 plus for not playing videos and music.And not goingand incoming any calls plzzz help me....

Hi Sudarshan. Hmm.. I'm not sure but try restarting your phone first and try doing all that again. Also, try installing video player apps and music player apps. With regards to call, what do you hear when you try to make a call?
